Online Registration Schedule
Online presentation of the applications filled in duly filled for appointment on the existing 100 vacancies of private assistant in the establishment of the post of Patna High Court, Patna, is in progress. In response to the general application form in response to the online registrar’s office, presenting the online application form, personal assistant / geologist, ad number no. PA is in progress, the last date for online registration ends on April 27, 2017 (23:59 hours).

Age Limitation (As on 01.01.2017)
Candidates belonging to General / OBC category should have minimum 18 years of age, but should not be more than 35 years of age.
Exemption in upper age limit to SC / ST category candidates as described in official notification
Candidates must have graduated degree examination or equivalent qualified / passed from the University recognized by the Central Government / State Government. Candidates should also have proficiency in computer typewriting.
Minimum qualifications set for appointment:
Candidates must have minimum qualification of Bachelor degree in any faculty or equivalent to any recognized university recognized by the Central Government / State Government.
Graduation of Law may be preferred
Unless the candidate is a postgraduate in English or postgraduate in English, he should get 50% marks in English in the Intermediate Examination.
Candidates will have a certificate of stenography from the Government of India and English typewriting from the registered / registered institution of the state government.
The above mentioned certificates have been received within an immediate year from the date of advertisement seeking appointment, except in cases where they are already doing such work.
Candidates will be given preference for typing in a law firm or government office with prior experience working in English Shorthand
Candidates will have diploma / certificate of at least one 06 month course in computer application from the state government recognized institution.
Candidates should have a minimum of 80 words per minute and 40 words per minute in English literal type-typing test.
Candidates must have at least 40 words per minute in the English typing test.
Modality of Appointment
(I) English shorthead-typing test as well as 80 W.P.M. With just a minimum speed of 240 words for recruitment only, that is, after intensive in-house training for three months after this, with 5 minutes for 5 minutes written modification, 80 words per transcription At the speed of the minute, only for revision of verses.

Provided, in relation to personal interview, if any candidate secures 10% less than the minimum qualifying marks in any of the above, then it can be determined that during the period with appointment on probation for one year Clean the minimum eligibility standard in two dual tests conducted in respect of deficiency; Probation can be increased for a period of two and six (6) months, with the same condition of clearing the minimum qualifying standard in the test being examined at the discretion of the Chief Justice.

The office of the Registrar General will issue an e-Admission ticket on the official website. After getting notified in this regard, the applicants / candidates will be able to download their respective e-admission certificates. For the optical mark recognition based screening test / optical mark recognition written test, the Registrar General Office of e-Hall Examination Tickets will be released two weeks before, including objective-type multiple choice questions. The Registrar General will organize the main exam which includes traditional questions, followed by shorthand dictation and transcription and later oral interview.
