Kalyani University PG Admission Test 2018 : Kalyani University of Controller of the Education has notified admission in the postgraduate course for the proposed academic session 2018-19 at the University of Kalyani based on 60% – 40% seat allocation and in brief in subsequent paragraphs. The Office of the Controller’s Office will be conducted as soon as possible for the Post Graduate Entrance Exam. The Controller of Examinations will soon announce / publish a provisional merit list displaying the candidates present in the graduate entrance examination (PGAT). Students of the Kalyani University Examination of Examination admission, along with the applicants of other universities, will be organised for the postgraduate course for Home University applicants (subject code 01-29) and Master of Fine Arts (MFA), which failed home university category (60%) to get admission. Counselling for allotment of seats in respect of admission in various subjects of Master Degree / Post Graduate Degree course will start shortly and will end soon. For the merit will be prepared based optical mark recognition based written examination in which the maximum type of 50 marks multi-channel questions are included for the purpose post-graduate admission test. The Controller of ExaminationKalyani University will soon announce / publish a provisional merit list for the candidates appearing in the graduate entrance examination (PGAT). The results declared for the postgraduate entrance examination will be published on the official website of the University.For merit list honours subjects (Part-1, Part-02 and Part-03) for 60% of the category (Home University) will be based on the respective scores of the safer candidates. In the case of TIE, the best marks in five subjects, excluding the environmental studies obtained in the higher secondary examination, will be kept in mind. 40% (Merit list for other university + home university applicants, who fail to get admission from 60% merit list) and 60% for the course – 40% Category, Honors subject (Part I + Part II + Part-III) will be based on 50% marks in the admission test. In the entrance test having 50% maximum marks in the entrance examination, each objective will include 50 objective-type multiple choice questions of 02 points). In the case of TIE, the best points of five subjects will be kept in mind, excluding environmental studies obtained in higher secondary examination.
